ABOUT HENCA GROUP
A Company Built on Trust & Craft.
HENCA Group is a diversified Ethiopian company with three core divisions — Construction, Wholesale, and Furniture — working together to build a stronger tomorrow.
OUR STORY
Building Value at Every Step.
HENCA Group started with a simple idea: that construction, supply, and furnishing should work together, not apart. Today we build spaces, supply the materials that go into them, and furnish them once they're complete — one company, three divisions, one standard of quality.

OUR VALUES
What Drives Everything We Do.
Quality First
Every material, every build, every piece of furniture meets the same standard before it reaches a client.
Trusted Partnerships
We grow alongside the businesses and families we work with — long-term relationships over one-off transactions.
Sustainable Growth
Responsible sourcing and construction practices that build value for Ethiopia's future, not just today.
