Orders & Quotes
Submitting a cart order, construction inquiry, or custom furniture request through this site is a request for a quote or order — not a binding purchase — unless and until it is confirmed by our team, or, for online payments, until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
Online Payments
Where online payment is available, it is processed by our licensed third-party payment partner. By choosing to pay online, you agree to that partner's terms in addition to these. An order is considered paid only once we receive confirmation of a successful transaction from our payment partner.
Pricing
Prices shown are estimates and may be confirmed or adjusted by our team before final invoicing, particularly for made-to-order furniture and bulk wholesale orders where pricing can depend on quantity, materials, or delivery location.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Limitation of Liability
Henca Group provides this website "as is" and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
